EndoShelf Support
EndoShelf tracks gastroenterology and endoscopy supplies in hospital supply rooms — what is on the shelf, where it is, and when it expires.

Before you write in
Most questions have the same three answers, and your own administrator can act on them faster than we can:
| “I signed up and the app is empty” | That is the app working. A new account is given no access at all until an administrator at your hospital approves it. Ask them to approve you. |
|---|---|
| “I can’t change a stock count” | Stock counts are changed by receiving, using or counting an item — never by typing over a number. Past entries can never be edited or deleted by anyone, including administrators. A mistake is fixed by adding a correcting entry, so both stay visible. |
| “The scanner won’t open” | Camera access was declined. Turn it back on in Settings → EndoShelf → Camera. You can also type a code in by hand instead. |
Deleting your account
You can delete your own account from inside the app, at any time: More → Delete my account. It removes your name and email address and stops your sign-in working immediately.
The hospital’s inventory history stays, because those are the department’s supply records and the app makes them impossible for anyone to alter — but the entries no longer carry anything identifying you. The app shows you exactly how many entries that is, in figures, before you confirm.
If you are the only administrator of a centre where other people are still working, the app asks you to make somebody else an administrator first, so your colleagues are not left stranded. It names the centre and takes about thirty seconds.
Reporting a problem
It helps enormously to include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The screen you were on
- Your device and iOS version — Settings → General → About
- The app’s version, at the bottom of the More tab
Please do not include patient information in any message, screenshot, or attachment. EndoShelf holds none, and this address is an ordinary email inbox. If you need to show us a screen, cover anything that is not the app itself.
Privacy
Read the privacy policy — what is collected, what is never collected, and how long it is kept.
For hospital IT, privacy and compliance teams
A technical overview covering the security model, access control, encryption, audit logging and data handling is available on request. Write to the address above.
EndoShelf is an inventory tool. It is not a medical device, it gives no clinical guidance, and it plays no part in anyone’s care. Nothing here is a claim that any particular legal or regulatory standard has been met; whether EndoShelf is appropriate for a given organisation is that organisation’s own decision.
